CHM Arduino shield

Presenting the Cock Hero Machine Shield:
The shield

If you own an Arduino UNO, you can turn it to a CHM with this shield. It connects to a PC via Bluetooth or USB:

    I would like to ask about the transistors used.
    According to the parts list it should be this:

    NTD5805NT4G
    SMD-MOSFET-HIGH-POWER-N-CH-40V-51A-NTD5805NT4G(DPAK) DPAK

    I bought this one:
    INFINEON IRF3205SPBF

    But it is bigger than the one in your photos
    and the transistor Q1 touches the capacitor C1.
    In addition, it does not have a middle terminal.
    Yours looks more like SOT223 than DPAK.

    I found that the Pro version uses this transistor: STN3NF06L
